1. Can I buy goods while living in Europe (Germany, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, etc.)?

5. I like your products, but I think they are prohibited in our country. Can I buy them from you?
Yes. You can buy any product in our shop. But in each country there are own laws. Before you buy a product, you need to know if the goods in your country are allowed by your order. 6. How can I pay for the purchased item? What are the payment methods?
We provide payment only by bank transfer. Money is credited to our account the next day after payment. After receiving the payment, we will immediately send you the package to your address and we will write the tracking number package.

11. How long does the delivery of goods to my address take?
After payment of the order, we will immediately send you a parcel to your address. We will ship the package by international courier service. Package will be insured. Item will be in neutral packaging. The package is delivered directly to your home. Delivery takes 2-5 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). After sending the order, we will send you the tracking number for the parcel.

12. Are there any discounts for wholesale buyers?
Yes. For wholesale customers, we use the following system of discounts.

> 311 €, you get free shipping + You choose a gift in the online store worth 10-12% of the order.

11. I received the wrong item or I would like to return the item!
Do not worry, we will solve this problem. Email us and explain what happened. We will correct the error as soon as possible.

12. I received a damaged item! What should I do?
Do not worry, we will solve this problem. Please email us with a description of the problem. Send a video of the defective goods.
Before shipping, we always test all products. Please watch the video again in the item description in our eShop. You may have misused the item.
If the goods really prove to be faulty, we offer the following solution to the problem. Do not send defective goods back. You place a new order in our online store (you do not have to do it immediately). After receiving the money in our account, we will immediately send you a parcel with a new order plus a good product as a replacement.
We are not responsible for damage caused during package delivery. Please check your parcel for damage in the presence of the courier. Indicate damage, if any.

13. I bought the goods in the e-shop, but still have not received it. What should I do?

- Check your bank account, did the transaction really happen?
- Package delivery takes 3-5 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). Perhaps the package is still on the way. Control the tracking number of your package.
- Check the tracking number of the package you received after shipment of the goods. Your package may have already arrived and your neighbor has received it. Or, you were not at home and the package is in the warehouse of the courier service.
In any case, you need to call the courier company and find out where your package is. Contact phone you will find on the website of the courier service.

Do not worry, the goods are in neutral packaging and the courier does not know the contents of your package.
